LAbREED® Bench-Top Zebrafish System
The LAbREED™ Benchtop Zebrafish Sytem can hold 2 or 3 rows of Zebrafish Tanks with volumes of 2, 4.5 or 9 litre. They are often used for quarantaine or heat-shock work or when only a small setup is required. The Iwaki Aquatic Life Support Controller monitors and controls the system with any internet ready device and cloud based software and sends out emails or SMS when parameters are out of range. The Iwaki precision pumps accurately dose required chemicals which together with the filtration system will keep the water in optimal condition.
Portoir pour poisson zèbre LAbREED™
Le portoir à poissons zèbres LAbREED™ peut contenir 5 ou 6 rangées d’aquarium poisson zèbre avec des bacs de volumes de 2, 4,5 ou 9 litres. Le boîtier de contrôle Iwaki Aquatic Life Support surveille et contrôle le système avec n’importe quel appareil prêt pour Internet et logiciel basé sur le cloud et envoie des e-mails ou des SMS d’alerte lorsque les paramètres sont hors normes. Les pompes Iwaki dosent avec précision les produits chimiques nécessaires qui, avec le système de filtration, garderont l’eau dans des conditions optimales.

Les Bacs pour poisson zèbre LAbREED™ sont spécialement conçus pour le système de poisson-zèbre LAbREED™ et sont disponibles en trois tailles: 2 litres, 4,5 litres et 9 litres. Ils ne se composent que de trois parties: bac, couvercle et le « Baffle » qui est un système passif d’évacuation des déchets. Ils sont donc très faciles à nettoyer et à installer.

Our filtration design has been refined over the years to include the best equipment suited for the lab environment, the staff, and the aquatic research organisms. Iwaki Aquatic life support systems are simple, fail-safe, and easy to maintain. We ensure that your multi-rack system is easy to clean and service with all components easily accessible. Our systems can be completely broken down into smaller sections for deeper cleaning and disinfection.
Filtration systems include single or dual rotating micro-screen systems with minimal consumables. Polypropylene and Stainless Steel UV units are options. We use low maintenance moving bed bio-filtration, quiet and dependable Iwaki pumps, Walchem controllers, stainless steel and titanium heaters/chillers, and only high quality non-corrosive, non-toxic materials.
Our Walchem controllers are proven through years of service in the global water treatment market. Advanced controller technology provides instant alarm notification from any web browser, keeping on-site and off-site personnel notified of system performance.
FishGun D2 Solid Feed Dispenser
The FishGun D2 is a semi-automatic diet delivery device. It is designed to facilitate the feeding of aquatic animals such as zebrafish in research facilities. Created for precision dispensing of different types and sizes of dry powdered and granulated diets.
The systems 75 ml diet dispensing tube allows precision dispensing of solid feed from 75µm up to 600µm – in size. The tube has a translucent wall for clear visibility, is resistant to alcohols and light organic solvents, and is stable from -80°C to +121°C.
The FishGun D2 ensures faster, more accurate, and reproducible feed dosage by the means of vibrations. Its ergonomic design reduces fatigue, musculoskeletal disorders and reduces technician time spent on feeding.
With the use of the integrated RFID scanner, this system identifies different tanks and delivers the right amount of feed required according to the number of fish housed in each tank.
The FishGun’s cradle and feed dispensing tube are compatible with all commercially available zebrafish tank housing systems known on the market; Iwaki Aquatic, Aquaneering, Pentair, Techniplast.

The FishGun L3 is a semi-automatic diet delivery device. It is designed to facilitate the feeding of aquatic animals such as zebrafish in research facilities. Created for precision dispensing of different types and sizes of live food such as rotifers, artemia and daphnia
