Anaesthesia
STARR-Link Analog Data Output Module
The STARR-Link is an Analog Data Output Module for the MouseOx Plus that converts the calculated parameters to an analog voltage output. The output voltage range is from 0 to 5 volts.
Small Animal Enclosures
The Animal Enclosures are designed to work with the MouseOx Plus to provide a low-stress environment while monitoring or collecting data on conscious mice or rats.
Nosecones
The Nosecones are designed for small animals, ensuring a tight fit and minimal dead space. They are available in three sizes to fit mice, rats and guinea pigs or rabbits. Nosecones include rubber plugs to close off gas supply when not in use. The nosecones are made of vinyl, are easy to clean and sterilise and can be used with all EZ breathers.
Nosecone Plug
The Nosecone Plug is designed to close off the nosecone when not in use with an animal. The nosecone plug comes standard with the Anaesthesia Nosecones, but can be purchased separately.
EZ-AF9000 AutoFlow System
The EZ-AF9000 AutoFlow Anaesthesia System delivers precise and automatic anaesthesia flow rates. It accommodates a wide range of species, including rats and mice and is designed for anaesthetising up to four animals at a time. It enables anaesthesia output to be directed to both the induction chamber and up to 4 breathing circuits. All flows are regulated automatically; the user selects which breathers they need to use and the system automates the airflow.
Microflex Breather
The Microflex Breather delivers gas to the animal for up to 12 hours in a level plane of anaesthesia. The Microflex Breather incorporate a patented valve that regulates the flow of gas to the nosecone, making it efficient, cost effective and user friendly. The valve directs the anaesthetic gas directly to the nose of the animal, minimizing dead volumes. A delivery tube supplies anaesthesia gas to the animals and an exhaust tube directs the flow of un used gas to a charcoal filter.
Sure-Seal Mouse Chamber
The Sure-Seal Mouse Chamber is sealed to ensure there is no gas leakage. The Chamber is easily locked and opened with the latch. Gas is exhausted through an outlet port that is tube-connected to a charcoal filter, and with the push button for the oxygen flush the chamber is clear of anaesthesia gas and safe to remove the animals. The Chambers are constructed of heavy-duty clear acrylic plastic.
EZ-7000 Classic System
The EZ-7000 Classic Anaesthesia System accommodates animals ranging in size from neonate mice to rabbits and is designed for anaesthetising up to four animals at a time. It enables anaesthesia output to be directed to both the induction chamber and up to 4 breathing circuits. A second flow meter is used for adjusting the flow into the induction chamber.
Sure-Seal Mouse-Rat Chamber
The Sure-Seal Mouse-Rat Chamber is sealed to ensure there is no gas leakage.
Versaflex Breather
The Versaflex Breather delivers gas to the animal for up to 12 hours in a level plane of anaesthesia. The Versaflex Breather incorporates a patented valve that regulates the flow of gas to the nosecone, making it efficient, cost effective and user friendly. The valve directs the anaesthetic gas directly to the nose of the animal, minimising dead volumes. A delivery tube supplies anaesthesia gas to the animals and an exhaust tube directs the flow of unused gas to a charcoal filter.
EZ-SA800 Single Animal System
The EZ-SA800 Single Animal System accommodates animals ranging in size from neonate mice to rabbits and is designed for anaesthetising one animal at a time. It has 2 valves that enable anaesthesia output to be directed to the induction chamber and/or the breathing circuit.
MRI Microflex Breather
The MRI Microflex Breather delivers gas to the animal for up to 12 hours in a level plane of anaesthesia. The MRI Microflex Breather incorporates a patented valve that regulates the flow of gas to the nosecone, making it efficient, cost effective and user friendly. The valve directs the anaesthetic gas directly to the nose of the animal, minimising dead volumes. A delivery tube supplies anaesthesia gas to the animals and an exhaust tube directs the flow of un used gas to a charcoal filter.
